Entry into the Eagle Ranch program begins with a thorough evaluation of the child and his/her family.
Because Eagle Ranch is not an emergency or short-term shelter facility, we cannot accept emergency placements.
Listed below are the steps to our intake process:
- The child's guardian must complete and submit a written application along with all documents required for Stage 1 of the intake process (see the Requirements for Admissions Checklist).
- Once the paperwork is received, it is reviewed by our Intake Coordinator Matt Burch.
- If the boy or girl meets the basic admission criteria, a series of interviews will be scheduled to determine if Eagle Ranch is an appropriate placement.
- If the child is accepted, admission will be scheduled at the earliest possible date based on appropriate space available.
If you have any questions or would like to request an application packet by mail, please call the Ranch office at 770-967-8500 or 800-455-9929 and speak with our Intake Coordinator, Matt Burch, at extension 243.
