BOYS’ ASSISTANT  COUNSELORS –

Full-Time/No Experience Necessary

We are currently interviewing and hiring Assistant Counselors for our boys’ homes for openings in Spring, 2010.

These positions are full-time, entry level for recent college graduates with either a field-related degree or an interest in exploring career opportunities with boys and their families in need of hope and healing.

Work within a team of Houseparents and Professional Counselors to provide care and therapeutic treatment for up to seven boys and their families.  You will be provided an extraordinary opportunity to learn more about counseling and family dynamics.

All Assistant Counselors must live on the Ranch. Boys’ Assistant Counselors live in a house with other male staff completely separate from the children’s homes.

Salary plus free room, board, and medical insurance is provided.

Qualifications: 

• Ideal for a young man who can serve as a role model and brother in Christ to boys
• Bachelor's degree necessary, preferably in counseling or a related field      
• Must be 21 years or older
• A willingness to learn, grow and be challenged  
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Available to move on campus and begin work in May/June 2010
