Dee Ann has worked for Chick-fil-A for 22 years and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for recruitment, selection and retention of over 600 corporate staff and over 1,000 Chick-fil-A Unit Operators. Her current focus is developing a People Strategy for the next phase of Chick-fil-A as it heads towards $3 billion in sales.
Dee Ann attended Cincinnati Christian University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she received an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Christian Education. She has completed education programs and received further certifications at Clayton State University in Atlanta, Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill. Dee Ann serves on the Board of Directors for The Kenya Project; as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Burning Hearts Ministry; and on the President’s Advisory Council at Woodward Academy. Dee Ann and her husband, Ashley, have been married for 25 years and have three children. The family is actively involved at Dogwood Church.
